Hmm... not a big deal. Simple restarter which restarts your cs2d dedicated server when it crashes WITH included stats uploader so you can quickly and easily upload your serverstats.html file. RESTARTING SHORTCUTS DOESN'T WORK!

Being the 100th person to say "this looks like XY" does not help anyone. As DC stated before, use at your own risk.

User Jermuk took a look at the network traffic, which appears to be clear. Do it yourself if you feel like it.

@user floria: Please look more closely. User name and password are for the FTP stats uploader. You are not even supposed enter your U.S.G.N. data there! It may still be malware though. Use at your own risk.

It looks like a keylogger, because it's not necessary to put your USGN USERNAME and PASSWORD.
