Contrarily, I'll build this argument from an affirmative position. If you're suggesting something without giving even an ounce of thought into it, I consider it my duty to tell you that your idea is irrational. If you don't like what I say, then stick it up like a man, please don't come back here and whine. And seriously, do not insult our intelligence, don't build points when you have absolutely nothing to refute. Now I'll go through an objective analysis of your ideas. (The same that I've given over and over again)
CS2D is a game, where you control a character and you shoot at other characters... That's the sole point of the game. What would it mean when you take that away by implementing another all too powerful weapons that in the rush of new weapons, will bring mappers everywhere to implement this new "minigun" that for a time will lead to a flood of these maps leading to the game becoming renowned for overpowered weapons and noobs camping at a corridor and shooting down suppressive and un-stopping fire which pretty much leads the game back into a spawn killing fest and what not.
Is that good enough for you? Do you want me to explain anymore of these simple and trivial concept to you or do you just want to whine some more? I have only 1 thing to say to you SHUTUP! Admin/mod comment

I agree with the first four words of your paragraph here, but at the end I totally dis-agree. Do you know how many people will complain, and complain, and complain about how many times they got killed because of campers and hackers at there spawn with a mini-gun that has 5500 shots and it's a two hit kill? It's going to be said over and over again. If you really want a mini-gun so bad, then just download someones reskin of it. Really, are you actually giving a thought to this? You do know that if you add this to the game, there'll be an influx of noob maps with this overpowered gun and that the first thing that will happen is that all of the pissed off players of CS2D will come here and run roster off of the forums. I didn't have a look at the suggested values at all. of course they are pure nonsense. I'll probably never add a weapon with comparable values. I still stand by my original guided rocket launcher idea
Yet another suggestion: While zoomed in with a sniper rifle, when you shoot the scope should recoil a bit. With the autosnipers/AUG/SG552, the scope should recoil as well.
And fix the goddamn firing rate for the AUG/SG552! *when unzoomed, they should be about the same as the M4A1/AK47... Ok ok lets just forget this whole thing and pertend this never happend!
Its the best way to end an argument!^_^ You know the way you get into a game and the round starts and you get into a team and you dont start playing tahts kinda annoying if your late by a second so I think you should make like you can join the team for like 5-10 seconds like the spawn point is still open for some seconds -.- DC could make inside the env_hurt menu, a hurt only team CT or TR or BOTH (default), so mappers could make giant gatefields for bases or team-only areas like the ct spawn point whit guns in prision maps
and also im still standing whit my entities layer suggestion, to put multiple entities in a single square (you can make a maximum entities per square so there is no lag or bug), that would be cool because u could put a env_breakable and a info_t in the same square in zombies map to make coffins that zombies must break first, or even hiden spawnpoints that u just need to wait the right moment to break out and chase the enemys DC has written

The usp is just like the cold 45! why do you need a col 45? The usp is almoust like colt 45 It think DC should add a pistol choise in the supply! like choosing a pistol that will be spawned near the supply! Even though we already went through this post...
-I hate the USP, nuff said.
-USP has 12 shots, most Colt .45s have 7.
-Colt has a faster firing rate ( in real life.)
Now about your pistol supply idea...why would I pay 5k for a pistol that costs 100-1000 bucks?
Now to the 'layering' idea....
That is probably one of the best ideas I have ever heard.
