My server appear in lan and it is red. But it shows the map and name adn latency is 0 and wehn i use rcon to change map the map will change but i cant conect. Any help?

are you using the same version for server and client? it is pretty uncommon that you can't connect over LAN.

firewal setting is allright i added the cs2d and ecept and added countestrike2d 36936 port so it should work and what do you mean by same version for server and client. My client cs2d is 0.1.1.8 but how i can find out if server is 0.1.1.8

start it and see what it says? or just re-download from www.cs2d.com and overwrite the existing one.
it says 0.1.1.8 b. but still not able to join rought lan

The port is 36963 not 36936.
