NEW UPDATE COMING SOON!
I have fixed the distiller, wooden grill and the clay pot from coming apart when you take one apart. I have also fixed the distiller to distill grain water.
I have updated the MOD completely and added clay items and about 50 other fixes. Since Builder has not been around i have taken it upon myself to complete what was unfinished in MASSIVE MOD. Also added some new things.

NEW UPDATE TO THE MASSIVE MOD called "Massive Mod-The Survivalist"...below is a partial list of fixes...i just have to finish a couple other things up.

edited the diary background to make text more readable.
water pump now unlocks after the water trough is built.
takes more charcoal to use the forge, to balance fire creating charcoal.
added new clay items- will be required to make some things.
added combinations library in the diary at start up. (this + this = that)
large green crystal rock removed/ unrealistic, get crystal from emerald rock
on HARD mode the island starts off inhabited with random hostile natives and aggressive claw moneys, until you extinct them. They are afraid of deep water and powerful at close range.
"Adventure" and other mods have been deleted, this new DL only has the new "Massive Mod-The Survivalist" and the old "Raptor Hunter"(raptor hunt was untouched). This was done because Adventure is unrealistic (a teleport? really?) or to save file size.

prospecting
- put your shovel in your hand
- left click a few times and choose the prospecting you want
-right click to perform the action
digging finds stuff like bait
lower the ground will put dirt in your rucksack
raise the ground takes the dirt out of your sack
prospect for something, you move around and click until you find it under ground

that MOD has a broken distiller and if you build more then one distiller, grill, or cooking pot....they ALL come apart if you take one apart.
I have a new version updated and fixed them coming out in a few days HERE. Everything broken is fixed in it.
1) Can you make sure barrel is working, together with alcohol production. Also you might want to tweak trade with characters for alcohol: rum, wine, beer, etc (and in general).
2) In hard mode, can we make all plants reproduce slower, much slower.
3) Can we make it so that all stone/metals/etc can be stored in the stone storage (i.e. soft-iron can't be store atm.)
4) You should keep raptor in for random islands. I usually play small-hardest, and the more "different" characters/units the better.
5) Not sure if you are incorporating the cell-phone dial out idea to end the game that kk0114 incorporated (see page 99). But you should.
6) As always, better descriptions and tips on everything, etc.

2) I was actually going to try this...atm, i have lowered the amount of meat you get from some animals and also you will have to WAIT for animals to spawn. My last test spawned 4 lions after 30 days on the island. This should make better use for the growing of food. I think im going to make it so 1 grain/seed only produces 2 at mature, instead of 3. You will have a harder time accumulating extra food YES!.
3)I have raised the amount a CRATE & BARREL can hold. They will be very useful now, if you make one by the forge you can store all you forge stuff in it ...etc.
4)I will consider this, If i do I will make it spawn LESS then a Lion and only 1-3 at the start (1 small map/2 med/3large)...if you dont want raptors you can search for nest and destroy before they spawn maybe? If you want raptors then leave the nest and they will eventually spawn.
5)no i didnt.

I know that Builder2-0 doesn't really like mods of his Massive Mod, but it looks like he's already abandoned the project. Anyway, here's what I have. Feel free to take it and do with it what you want. It features a number of convenient additions, like being able to craft multiple items at once, as well as gold items.
Look over it, and modify anything you want.

Try kk0114's version, page 99. I have been doing that for a couple of months. Stills has some errors, but...
Using that one as well, now.
Second question, however: is there any type of extensive tutorial available? I really don't know how to get any further than the most basic builds of the stock version. No idea how to find coal for the forge, or much else for that matter.
