I need help with mapping

I am doing a WW2 themed map, called cs_bunkerassault (Currently)
The CT's attack from boats and the T's are defending from bunkers.
Anyway, i have created a supply house, which contains ammo, shield's,rocker launcher's etc.
I dint know how to make a door to it, so i needed to create a teleport. I want a door there.
Same thing when you enter the bunkers. And i thought to put some mines between the boats and the bunkers. Ok, last thing that i need help, is with the bots. They dont move. So how can i create waypoints?
Because im new at mapping, i ask from you.
