He looked like a kid (less than 14 years old, witch is forbidden). He made fun of others, leading to flame and spam (and, in some cases, off-topic). "Warest mod" apparently is fake. He just created it for fun. I bet it's truly fake.(btw: as TKD said, it's forbidden to have more than one account... expectate a ban.)
