It may be from Italy, but we have it in Portugal and also Spain.
Kinder Surpresa (surprise), Kinder Chocolate (this one is easy), etc.

And the real original Portuguese is from Portugal.
If it wasn't Portugal, Brazilians would be speaking Spanish right know.
You just speak Brazilian Portuguese, and I speak the pure Portuguese, the European Portuguese, also spoken by some African countries that were Portuguese colonies a few centuries ago.
Now this is getting off-da-topicz.

I think it's all english
but most of the words are simply nonsense
maybe something like: ... ball shakey (=shake)
then it's something like 'scrappy'
omg: chocodooby, double-chocodooby(wtf?)
'poppswobbo'
oh a normal word: toy, ... yodle-yum(???) and choco-scrum with (couldn't understand that) toys. Oh grubbly! Be scrooboo now (?). No-go, wheeeeeeee

There's kinder surprise also here in brazil, and i still think it's delicious but at least i'm sure it's not in portuguese cause i could at least understand something.

Edit: i made a possible list of what hes talking:
Kinder. Egg shaking. Me is a crab. Chocoduby! Doubley chocoduby! Bob Swabble. Hohohoho... TOY!!! Yoda yummy chocodumy multi-pobap will die!!! ohhh i'm a goblin!!! (coo-coo). me Screwber now. no go. wheee!!!

and i also don't know what i typed there but thats what i hear.

Edit again: i've heard from someone in youtube that it's german, then you guys tell me its not, so i looked for chocoduby at google translator and its czech (i think).
it says it mean chocolate time. i don't believe it, but maybe?
