Even when Oxy2D is not my company anymore, I still work with Sean (who is currently head of Oxy2D), therefore I can and will help in any questions with payments and stuff.
Listen, dedicated (24/7) game servers are not free. Of course it's possible to find free dedicated game servers, but it's likely that they will lag, or you won't have full control over your game server. Implying that CS2D is an indie game (not really popular), it will be quite hard to find free dedicated CS2D servers. I myself hosted CS2D servers for free some time ago. Servers are running on VPS/dedicated server which often costs money. That's why you pay for them, even while CS2D is a free game. You can also start a dedicated server on your PC, just let it run 24/7. It might lag (depends on your connection), you will also waste PC power by letting it run 24/7. But isn't it what you wanted? Free 24/7 CS2D server.
Trollloolololo? Hubba bubba?
Sorry, I joked. Do as Yates said or just start server on your PC for concrete hours. However, I think that it will be good, except one thing - high energy bills So it's reason that proffesional 24/7 servers aren't for free.
