my server appears in internet server list but no one is able to join it not even me!my server doesn't allow usgn users.only that people can join who have no usgn login,but i need a server which allows usgn users to join with this ip

how to login this ip 85.214.102.60?
i also added CS2D and cs2d_dedicated in excetion of firewall.
my router have a NAT option when i open it,there is three more option--1.virtual server
2.port triggering
3.DMZ host
In virtual server,
there is an option to add service name or to choose
there is no option of cs2d so i add manually in customize service name: CS2D

these steps i tried but same problem comes that
85.214.102.60 is not logged in!
pls tell me the way to solve this problem!
