He registered then changed his name. Registering an account does not count as a name change so there is no 150 day wait period. DC Admin Online
Registering a new account does not mean that you changed your name.
So no, it's no bug. Obviously he did never changed his name before, that's why he can change his name. Bug? Lolno.

No, we don't have to. We don't just close threads because the question is answered /ohaz Why do you have to post in closed and old threads!? - All you do is repeat what everyone else said mostly in a giant wall of text .. Admin/mod comment
This is an off-topic post, he's not behaving like a moderator. /Zero I believe I have the right to add and explain how it works anyhow. Haven't I? I don't see why that's a problem. Admin/mod comment

Because this is called spam. You just repeated what Yates, DC and Factis said. It's basically the same as a +1 post, you're just repeating it to agree with the others. Understand now? Admin/mod comment
Well for your information, I also added how it worked which seems to be ignored totally. I believe DC didn't mention that as far as I know, so I just added my post to explain how it worked. Nothing else. Admin/mod comment
How come you didn't noticed you guys are going off-topic? /Zero DC Admin Online
@ KimKat: You actually do that kind of stuff quite often so the criticism is justified (- even though it's wrong to post this criticism in a random thread because it's totally off-topic). The point is that it is not necessary and you should try to avoid it. It isn't helpful at all and it annoys people as you can clearly see.
