Create a mod and name it:
Stranded II to Stranded III upgrade

For a real upgrade you will have to do much more than only make a mod...
There has to be something really new, that means that you have to change the whole program.
And by the way, the development of Stranded III wouldn't be very senseful if Stranded II isn't finished yet.
