Sure. His website also lacks the Impressum (mandatory) but who cares. As long as you don't have something reasonable to say and you do not have any exp with him, just leave this topic alone.

Oh.. and nobody cares if you are a better writer, coder, texter, hoster, admin or whatever. Its his project and nobody forces you to use it / post on this topic.

I've never heard of .clown, where did you get this from ?
.guru isn't popular at all too.
.gov cost more than 125$ and it's only for verified governments only.
.edu is only limited for schools located on United Stats.

That is not entirely true and you should better be a little careful. TK domains are completely free (as long as its not a premium one) and do not even require valid registration information. That is the reason they often get abused... sadly.

True. You will also be able to find many hosters, which offer it free for the first year (or around 1-2USD) with coupons. Just search the web for some well known hosters like GoDaddy

You should not care about what a website looks like. I do work as a programmer but still lack the interest in web-dev. That way my websites will always look a lil crappy. And DDOS? Are you serious? Doubt anyone even cares about it and most hosters already provide help with such issues.
