I think DC can resolve this . or If DC is occuped , turn of Starkkz , or another moderator.

And i'm asking that how can I change my settings,lua script . on uphost.cf ? . i tried PHPMyAdmin and not worked .
I tried filezilla and not worked. goodbye!

Banning him still doing him , I need @user miniws: help me how can I control my server . I can't connect to it using myphpadmin or filezilla

I can't ban anyone for you. Banning people at UnrealSoftware.de won't stop them from attacking CS2D servers. Those are two unrelated things. You have to ban people from your server yourself. Or even better: Block the attacking IPs in the system firewall.

Iptables, fail2ban doesnt helped in full, you have to put on server script on bash, or Python who make restart server when hes got a crash. Kid who dossing will be tired and he stop it. Seaech in google how make it.
