Here my friend is your solution:
one more question, my server my server is getting ddosed sometimes is there a way that i can protect it? ppl talked about iptables but i dont know whats that and its only for Linux if im not wrong :p

Usualy, when you open a server dedicated you host it with your IP and your internet and if someone is DoSing your server the attack can be sent both to your server and your internet connection (if i'm not going wrong).
And is DoS (Denial of Service) not DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) because DoS is the most attack that's happen in CS2D.
romulopina: I forgot to say that only Linux users can add that and this can be added in Putty too, but you don't have VPS for that.
