Actually none of the buttons seem to be functioning.
with commands text (example: !bot_add, !bot_remove,...) ? RCon (maybe is a risk in dangerous arms 
) ? Other(s)...

The Rcon menu was working before but it isn't now.
Well when in my hands, at least, i thought i was using it responsibly though i did ban one innocent player accidentally, because someone named "player1" was hacking and cheating and i couldn't see their name or kick them, because of some hack they did, so i accidentally banned an innocent player instead.
other than that one mistake i was using the rcon menu responsibly.
By the way i am curious to know; if i press the "ban player" or "ban player ip" button in the simplified rcon menu, how long does that ban the player for?

If it's without number (for duration), is forever (0 is by default).
It'd be nice if the game saved a list of all banned ip's and players so you could later "unban" them. Any way the simple "button" menu is still not working. I guess i'll just continue to play without using it.
COULD SOMEONE TELL ME WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THE RCON MENU NON FUNCTIONAL IN DEDUST2CTF! AND WHY THEY'VE DONE THIS!
