If it's worse on all servers there might be other processes running on your system (e.g. automatic updated) which make your connection slower. In case you are sharing an internet connection with other people those other people might also have a negative impact.
You can also run cmd and then
ping 8.8.8.8(Google DNS with servers all around the world - so there's always one close to you as well). Your ping should be stable and low there. Otherwise it's very likely that there are problems with your connection.
If other servers and the ping are fine there is probably a problem somewhere on the route between you and the server. You don't really have a direct influence on that if it's not on your side so you probably can't fix it.
You can however also try to restart your router (or disconnect it from the power for half a minute). That will:
Clear cached stuff in your router which might have caused problems
Assign a new IP (depends on your contract/ISP - in some cases you will keep your IP). A new IP can lead to a new (possibly better) connection route to the server. Also nodes (which might have put you in low priority lists or whatever for whatever reason) will probably not recognize you which can be a good thing depending on the circumstances.
I don't exactly understand what you are saying (ping 8.8.8.8), but thank you for responding anyway.
And yes... i do have a good ping on some other servers.
