. I just tried those and nothing good happend so I wondered if the URL is wrong or my memory is tripping...

The version on the download page says 0.1.2.4 there which was released in April 2014. 5 years ago. It uses the same database as the current page. So if you prefer that design you can use it to lookup commands etc.
