can i disable it? our game server monitoring ping server sometimes, but server will ignore this packets, he think its flood. how i can configure it or disable?

cs2d cmd mp_floodprotignoretime

I recommend keeping it on but setting the time to the amount of time it takes for your pinger to ping again minus a few seconds so even if the server blocks it, it'll wear off by the time it'll be pinged again.
