what the hell? german and dutch are two different languages! you can't use a dutch to english translator in order to translate a german text. that just can't work!

yeah. in order to clear it up:

the German word for "German" is "Deutsch". Probably you mixed this up with the Englisch word "Dutch". but you have to be careful here because "Dutch" is an English word which is "Holländisch" in German.

comparing the two "terms" in the same language makes it obvious that it are different things:

English: German != Dutch
German: Deutsch != Holländisch

however dutch (holländisch) and german (deutsch) do have some words in common and a lot of words are just slightly changed

I have hard to tell what's german and danish.
Practicly the same in a way, the language like sound like a flanger in a mixing programme combined with a "I hate asia" loop sound.

And that sounds amazingly weird doesn't it.

Yeah, but foreign languages always sounds weird if you don't understand them.
And though german and danish are similiar in some points, you obviously haven't heard much of both, or otherwise you could tell them apart easily.
