This thread is probably going to be locked and you will be asked to ask there, but trying to answer something (though I have NO idea what you don't know), left clicking on trees/rocks/whatever will attack them and have them drop whatever you can get from them. Some trees only give leaves, others give branches, bark and vines too. Rocks obviously give rocks, plants give leaves.
To pick up berries and mushrooms and all that, E picks it up.
