All a Noob has to do, after he's been shot, is hide behind walls and regenerate via Dispenser.
Repeat.
Construction is ruined. Can't kll a noob with super armor for the life with me.
Even with scout, you have to hit him twice before he runs behind a wall and recharges.
What were you guys thinking? I think you are user #194 starting a thread about this.
Just use one of the LUA solutions. Yeah this is all truth...Im making a new construction map and then I open my server and there just be Kevlar and Kevlar+Helm for a better protection how in old good times... Omg dude, do you realize that you don't get a super armor, just a regular armor? (50%)
You can have a Kevlar+Helmet on your own (30%) DC Admin
