My Server has much lag

Everyone who enters my sever stay with ping 500 ~ 1000.

I think this lag on my computer but I've got nothing left open only the CS2D. Hope you can help me reduce the lag on my server.

Maybe u have a slow internet connection or You are far away from people who join.

Well, I agree with FN_Linkin Park. Here are some reasons i know, if your server lags:

Slow internet connection.

Far distance between people who connect.

More then one dedicated software opened.

Other programs opened.

Bad computer working.

Not much space left on hard drive disk.
And much more...
You can tho clean your computer, and then your server will work.
