BonViveur: When you make a server and shut down your PC, your server will shut down. Just leave your computer running 24/7 or buy a server.
BonViveur: Be warned, managing a servre isn't that easy as you think. If you want the server being well visited it takes you much time and you need some knowledge. it's cheap with a good ping
