my server does not transfer files to other people

I explain my problem:
recently create a server using the mod zombie plague
After having most of things arranged I decided to add new skins and sounds to some weapons download files in this forum and you protect them respectively (sfx, gfx)
then following a guide open the servertranfer document and add the exact address where to find the files, example: a weapon was the deagle for what he put as well.
sfx/weapons/deagle.wav
sfx/weapons/deagle_clipin.wav
sfx/weapons/deagle_clipout.wav
gfx/weapons/deagle.bmp
gfx/weapons/deagle_d.bmp
gfx/weapons/deagle_k.bmp
gfx/weapons/deagle_m.bmp
then I go to my server and everything is going great so I if I see weapons and I hear new sounds the problem is that when I invited some friends to the server and they told me that any type of file is not transferred and therefore do not see the new weapons that I've added
If some of estedes could tell me that I'm doing wrong or if it is simply not possible please I need to help me.
