well i started a server using (Linux Debian 6 ) , but i can't see it in server list , as i know , All IPv4 ports are opened , Server hosted on Germany , when i check console , i find ×_× :

for help : Ports are maybe buged , but it cant stop the connection to usgn .

##Edit : Changed OS to debian 7 thought that problem from old OS , ill test now , but if u still have something to say please tell
###Edit : Support just installed Firewall on it to evite Kids DDos . if problem from firewall , how to allow it ?

I can help you with Linux setups and stuff but i am not sure about this error..
1) Try replacing your CS2D with a newer version from Clicky.
2) Try using the default port.
Note: Some VPS providers disable UDP ports for security.
Thats all i can tell you right now.
Try sending them a ticket if they have a support page.
