There is no option its set as default tile position
Check the breakable/dyn_wall entities and place images with Tile:X parameter. Images can be freely manipulated so that would solve your problem.
Well, if it's just some, that is. If it's a BUNCH of entities like that, it could lag the server due to the high amount of images made via lua.
