DC: In cs2d_dedicated, I simply launch the file and my server get listed online, allowing everyone to join. But in CS 1.6, I always get "Could not establish connection to Steam servers".
I recall fixing this issue once before, but my server still failed to appear on the server list. I attempted to verify it on GameTracker, and it said that my server couldn't be found.
MaksDragon: I would really appreciate it, but I need to complete the mod first.
The idea I have is a zombie server. You might think there are already many zombie servers, but that's not the case. The problem is that many servers nowadays are suffering from a jetpack pandemic, and imbalanced between the two teams in terms of powers in general.
Most (if not all) of zombie servers have become boring and uninteresting, even with all the fancy features they add. So I'm thinking of making a server where there's a fair and balanced zombie classes, and also fair and balanced number of weapons and advantages for the survivors. This approach will prevent it from becoming boring over time and ensure that it's not a pay-to-win server.
